iOmnihub.ai (together with its affiliated companies – “Infocomm”, “we”, “our” or “us”) puts great efforts in making sure that the personal data processed by us is safe and used properly, and that our data practices are properly communicated to our customers, users and prospects.

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, store, use and disclose personal data relating to our “Customers” – Infocomm’s business customers and users of the services (“Services”), participants at our events, any other prospective customers or partners, and any individuals who visit or otherwise interact with any of our websites and web pages (such as iOmnihub.ai, or call login pages generated through our Services), online ads, content, social media profiles, emails or communications under our control (collectively, “Sites”).

You are not legally required to provide us with any personal data. If you do not wish to provide us with your personal data, or to have it processed by us or any of our Service Providers (defined below), please do not provide it to us and avoid any interaction with us or with our Sites, or use of our Services. If you are a user of the Services on behalf of any of our business customers, we suggest that you contact your account administrator with any questions.

By accessing our website, using the service, integrating with our systems, or by otherwise providing us with your personally identifying information, you are accepting the practices and policies described in the Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy may change from time to time, and any changes will be posted on this page, and if the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice. DATA COLLECTION

We may ask you to provide us, or third parties may provide us, with certain Personal Information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personal Information may include, but is not limited to, your name, postal address, email address, and employer. We collect Personal Information for the purpose of providing the Services, identifying and communicating with you about the Services, responding to your requests/inquiries, servicing your purchase orders, improving our Services, and communicating with you about our Services, discounts, and promotions.

  • Information Collected Directly from You

    We collect information about you when you provide it to us and automatically when you use the Services.

  • Log Data

    We collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our website or use our Services (“Log Data”). This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Services that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics. In addition, we use third party services such as Google Analytics that collect, monitor and analyze this type of information in order to increase our Services’ functionality.     We will enrich your Personal Information with additional Personal Information received from publicly accessible sources. We may also receive your information from services you integrate with iOmniHub, from other users of iOmniHub, or from our partners.

  • Integrations

    You may enhance the Services by enabling iOmniHub integrations with third-party products. If you provide third-party account credentials to us, you understand some content and/or information in those accounts (“Third Party Account Information”) will be transmitted into your account with us, and that Third Party Account Information transmitted to our Services is covered by this Privacy Policy. Further, iOmniHub software may request permissions to take actions on your behalf using your third-party account credentials. For example, if you choose to integrate iOmniHub Services with your Google Mail inbox, iOmniHub software will request authority to read incoming messages and send emails on your behalf. iOmniHub's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

  • Partners

    We work with partners who may market, sell, or support our Services. These partners may provide us your Personal Information so that we can contact you. We also may receive your Personal Information from advertising, market research, or data enrichment partners with whom we engage to identify prospective customers.

  • Service Providers

    We may employ third-party companies and individuals (our “agents”) to facilitate our Services, to provide the Services on our behalf, to perform complementary services and/or to assist us in analyzing how our Services are used. Examples may include storing data, delivering messages, processing credit card payments, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, managing our agreements with you, supplementing the information you provide us in order to provide you with better service, and providing customer service. We use Customers’ personal data as necessary for the performance of our Services; to comply with our legal and contractual obligations; and to support our legitimate interests in maintaining and improving our Services, e.g. in understanding how our Services are used and how our campaigns are performing, and gaining insights which help us dedicate our resources and efforts more efficiently; in marketing, advertising and selling our Services; providing customer service and technical support; and protecting and securing our customers, users, visitors, prospects, ourselves and our Services.

If you reside or are using the Sites or Services in a territory governed by privacy laws under which “consent” is the only or most appropriate legal basis for the processing of personal data as described herein (in general, or specifically with respect to the types of personal data you expect or elect to process or have processed by us or via the Services), your acceptance of our terms and Conditions and this Privacy Policy will be deemed as your consent to the processing of your personal data for all purposes detailed in this Policy, unless applicable law requires a different form of consent. Specifically, we use our Customers’ personal data for the following purposes:

  • To train our customer and user-facing staff;
  • To provide our Customers and users with assistance and support;
  • To gain a better understanding on how individuals use and interact with our Sites and Services, and how we could improve their and others’ user experience, and continue improving our products, offerings and the overall performance of our Services;
  • To facilitate and optimize our marketing campaigns, ad management and sales operations, and to manage and deliver advertisements for our products and services more effectively, including on other websites and applications. Such activities allow us to highlight the benefits of using our Services, and thereby increase your engagement and overall satisfaction with our Services.     The security of your Personal Information is important to us, and we strive to implement and maintain reasonable, commercially acceptable security procedures and practices appropriate to the nature of the information we store, in order to protect it from unauthorized access, destruction, use, modification, or disclosure. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and we are unable to guarantee the absolute security of the Personal Information we have collected from you.

  • Accessing and Correcting Your Personal Information

    We acknowledge individuals’ rights to access their personal information. You may access, update, correct or have removed from our systems and records the Personal Information you provided to us by emailing a request to digital@i-grp.com or contacting us by telephone or postal mail. To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before updating or removing your information.

  • How can you opt out of use and disclosure of your information?

    If you would like your Personal Information removed from our mailing list or database, please contact us at digital@i-grp.com. In the event of any such removal, iOmniHub may retain copies of information for its archives.

    If you do not wish to receive promotional communications, you may notify iOmniHub at any time by sending an e-mail to: digital@i-grp.com, changing your communications preferences in your profile settings whilst being logged as a user to our Services, or by following the “unsubscribe”, “stop”, “opt-out” or “change e-mail preferences” instructions contained in the promotional communications you receive.

DATA RETENTION

We retain Customer personal data for as long as it is reasonably necessary in order to maintain and expand our relationship and provide you with our Services, Sites and offerings; in order to comply with our legal and contractual obligations; or to protect ourselves from any potential disputes (i.e. as required by laws applicable to log-keeping, records and bookkeeping, and in order to have proof and evidence concerning our relationship, should any legal issues arise following your discontinuance of use), all in accordance with our data retention policy.

Please note that except as required by applicable law or our specific agreements with you, we will not be obligated to retain your personal data for any particular period, and we are free to securely delete it or restrict access to it for any reason and at any time, with or without notice to you. DATA SHARING

  • Service Providers

    We may engage selected third party companies and individuals to perform services complementary to our own.   • Business Customers

    Our business customers have access to any data we process on their behalf in our capacity as a “processor” or a “service provider.”

  • Legal Compliance

    We may disclose or allow government and law enforcement officials access to your personal data, in response to a subpoena, search warrant or court order (or similar requirement), or in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.     We may share personal data with others if we believe in good faith that this will help protect the rights, property or personal safety of iOmniHub, any of our users or customers, or any members of the general public.

  • Data Security

    We implement systems, applications and procedures to secure your personal data, to minimize the risks of theft, damage, loss of information, or unauthorized access or use of information. However, although we make efforts to protect your privacy, we cannot guarantee that our Sites or Services will be immune from any wrong doings, malfunctions, unlawful interceptions or access, or other kinds of abuse and misuse.

  • Processing on Behalf of Business Customers

    Our processing of personal data on behalf of our business customers as part of the Services is governed by our agreements with such customers. We process this data on behalf of our customers in our capacity as service providers (or “data processors”) to our customers. Our customers are “data controllers” (under the EU or UK GDPR and similar laws) or “business” (under the CCPA or similar laws) with respect to that data.

    Our business customers are solely responsible for determining whether and how they wish to use our Services, and for ensuring that all individuals using iOmniHub on the customers’ behalf or at their request have been provided with adequate notice and given informed consent to the processing of their personal data, where such consent is necessary or advised, and that all legal requirements applicable to the collection, recording, use or other processing of data through our Services are fully met by the business customers, including specifically in the context of an employment relationship. Our business customers are also responsible for handling data subject rights requests under applicable law, by their users and other individuals whose data they process through the Services.

ADDITIONAL NOTICES

  • Updates and Amendments

    We may update and amend this Privacy Policy from time to time by posting an amended version on our Sites and/or Services. The amended version will be effective as of the date it is published. We will provide prior notice if we believe any substantial changes are involved via any of the communication means available to us or via the Sites and/or Services. After such notice period, all amendments shall be deemed accepted by you.

    While our Sites and/or Services may contain links to other websites or services, we are not responsible for their privacy practices.   • Children Policy

    Our Services are not designed to attract children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children and do not wish to do so. If we learn that a person under the age of 16 is using the Sites, Platform and/or Services, we will attempt to prohibit and block such use and will make our best efforts to promptly delete any personal data stored with us with regard to such child.
